30'x50' Hopefully looking to install 2 post lift and the usual compressor etc. Has a small room/office with full bath but I'm going to rip out the shower and just leave the toilet and sink. Lots of planning and work not to mention the siding is 3/4 treated $$$$. The back side structure was badly destroyed by termites so it was a tedious restructuring.
