Damn that’s a very nice set up you have. What does your car weigh?Not an a body. 70 Challenger 440 stock steel crank, srp flat tops, ebay h beam rods. Heads are pro comp rpm copies, home ported. Howards 272 at .050 and .662 lift solid cam. 4.30 gears, 29.5x10.5 phoenix slicks and 5000 ptc stall. 1.42 60' 6.49 at 105.8 on 91 pump gas
Well it seems to work pretty good to me. I think the Indy EZ heads were a little to big for my 440. I bought them to go on a 511 stroker build I was going to build. Well that feel through, so I decided to use them on the 440. Also at the time I only had a 9.5 inch 4200 stal converter. Again used what I had at the time. But I used of had a 8 inch 5600 one. Which I ended up installing one but never got to try it out before I sold the car.mopar 65. car weights 3455 with me. Figured I was way over cammed, but it worked.

8-3/4 with 4.30 gears, I blew up the 4.10 I had in the car on the 4th pass. so I installed a set of 4.30 I had laying around.
M/T 275/60/15 ET Drag radials.
my car wasn't really set up for 1/8 mile racing and felt like it would of been faster with another set of 4.10 gears but sold the car before I could find out. with the wrong torque converter and very little tuning. the dart ran 6.70 at 102 in the 1/8 with a 1.48 60 foot. with my friend that weighs a 100 pounds less then me, the car ran 3 10.49 in the 1/4 at almost 127 mph. but I forgot what the 1/8 mile was. man I miss that car.lol
