It's nice to know there's reasonable folks still out there. I'm very glad this is going to work out for you.
 
What a great ending. Good for you for being prepared and kudos to them for stepping up and realizing they were wrong. I'm sure a lot of it had to do with your respectful approach. Just goes to show that great manners still go a long way.

I had a house fire years ago, rural area, old farm house, local fire department did an excellent job putting the fire out.
