Time to cook up some of the bass I've caught this fall and winter.

Frying is cooking.
Fresh water.
Soak the filets in buttermilk for about 3 hours. Drain the buttermilk and season with salt, cayenne pepper and onion powder. Dip in corn meal and drop into a hot pot of peanut oil. Fry till golden brown.
