Willing to bet this is a 1973 Dart Sport (beak car) that they put a 1968 Dart Front on. All in all using the the 73 dart sport front fenders as they work with the 68 Dart hood, bumper and grille.

One of the best year Dart fronts, the car colors are just right on the white background, and the cool way the driver is hanging out the window to see where he is going.

The car furthest away is a 73 Dart Sport with a '68 grille, hood and bumper.
