I 10 downtown LA from that fire on 11/11
They say they will re-open on this coming Tuesday
Having built freeways for 6 years and made concrete for many years after, all I can say is
are they thinking?Those bridges are not steel re-enforced concrete as we are led to believe, but concrete re-enforced steel.
The re-enforcing concrete is severely damaged.
New columns would be 28 days from placement to be cured enough for use
Where are the rest?
