I did the very same thing with a home made bike from various pieces parts. Had the same extended fork using 26" forks jammed on the 20 inchers. Didn't have the sissy bar though. Used to mow 25, half-acre lawns for two bucks apiece. Thought I was the richest 10 year old on the planet.
