Wait !!! DTM bought a car ? Can't be. Pics or it didn't really happen.
Yup! Somewhere here (FABO) he said it was supposed to be delivered this Friday. Or this weekend, I don't recall. Don't know anything else about it, just that it's supposed to be delivered.

I really don't want to turn this into a DTM bashing post, but I just did a Search here, using the words "deliver", "Friday", "Saturday", "weekend", and "supposed to", but came up empty. Nada. Zilch.

Now I would swear on a stack of Bibles that I read where he said that he had bought a car, and that it was going to be delivered (sometime soon), but since I can't find it I can only assume one of four things:
1. I'm not using the right Search words.
2. The thread (or at least that response) has been deleted by the Mods.
3. DTM deleted it himself.
4. I was smoking some "good sh*t" when I saw that. (That's a joke, as I don't, and I wasn't.)

Regardless, I don't know what else to say, as I am certain I read that here somewhere.

But I will say this: As far as DTM threads and/or responses are concerned, I'm out.

Originally rolling off the line at Dodge Main in Hamtramck, Michigan, with a 5.2-liter (318-cubic inch) LA small-block V8 producing 230 horsepower, this Barracuda (VIN: BH23F9B272160) has been transformed into an absolute beast. Under the hood now sits a monstrous 7.0-liter (426 cubic-inch) R3 V8 engine designed for racing. This one has a 13:1 compression ratio, with W-2 heads and a Cross Ram dual quad intake. This powerplant runs exclusively on C12 race fuel, so you know this car means business.

Where on earth did the guy locate a cross ram for W2 heads?? I suppose you can mod an STR-12, but still...
That thing looks just wicked.

Dodge Hits the Gas: Charger Sixpack Arrives Sooner Than Expected

The return of Dodge’s internal combustion engine (ICE) muscle cars is just around the corner, and the upcoming 2026 Dodge Charger SIXPACK models are already making waves. Fresh off the truck from the Windsor Assembly Plant, several Charger SIXPACK models were recently spotted in a holding lot in Metro Detroit. This marks one of the first sightings of the highly anticipated two-door coupe and four-door sedan versions stateside.
Dodge recently announced it would move up the release date of the Charger SIXPACK to June 2025, giving dealers a much-needed boost to their lineup. Both body styles will launch simultaneously, offering ICE options not seen since the 2023 model year.

Power increase over the 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack’s 6.4-liter HEMI® V8, offering an additional 65 horsepower and 51 lb.-ft. of torque.
The two-door Charger SIXPACK coupe will come equipped with a high-output (H/O) twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter HURRICANE I6 engine, producing 550 horsepower and 521 lb.-ft. of torque. This marks a significant power increase over the 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack’s 6.4-liter HEMI® V8, offering an additional 65 horsepower and 51 lb.-ft. of torque.

The four-door Charger SIXPACK sedan will feature the standard-output (S/O) version of the same engine, delivering 420 horsepower and 469 lb.-ft. of torque — an improvement of 50 horsepower and 74 lb.-ft. of torque compared to the 2023 Dodge Charger R/T.

Both models will feature standard all-wheel-drive (AWD), with the ability to switch to rear-wheel-drive (RWD) at the push of a button. They’ll also be paired with a fourth-generation 8-speed 880RE automatic transmission, designed for better fuel efficiency, faster gear changes, and smoother performance.

With excitement building around the Charger SIXPACK models, Dodge dealers are eager to expand their offerings, especially given the limited lineup for the 2025 model year. These powerful new ICE muscle cars are expected to hit dealer lots this summer.
