Rear quarter support brackets?

I picked up this project that somebody had started and as I’m looking to replace the quarter panels and the all of the trunk floor panels I am wondering if somebody didn’t weld these metal pieces on here that I am pointing out in the picture? If so what are these pieces called and does anybody reproduce them?

Yes you need those parts. Here's where they go..................In the tail panel pics, those small square pieces are the extensions of the support that goes between the frame rails. Take note of the welded joints..............The 6 verticle ones are the main support welded to the frame rails, and you can see the extensions welded in as well. Hope it helps.

BTW................AMD produces the extensions as well.
 
So those little welded on pieces that I think done welded on are not needed? I need to replace them with those corner pieces from AMD?
 
I think I figured it out, what I have in there now someone fabricated instead of buying the real thing, so I can just cut them off I believe
 
These are the pieces that I used accros the rear frame rails. Bought them from AMD.

I would agree. All that was missing when I bought my basket case, and I had a hard time visualizing as well. :)

So those pieces you sent pic of, go on the ends of the rear crossmember, on the ends correct? I didn’t see a pic of the on your cross member?
 
Go back to the 3rd pic in post 2.............The 6 vertical welds (3 on each side of the hole) is where the cross member gets welded to the frame rails. Looking to the left of those welds, is another 3 vertical welds. That is where the short extension gets attached to the cross member and goes to the quarter.

Looks like I need to order all these parts to put on my quarter panels and Taillight

They most likely were not available when that was done. These parts have just recently become available.
