agreed, a lot more belt wrap on both the crank' and the alternator with their routing. much less likely to slip.Looks like your belt routing is a little different from what they show:

I haven't scrubed it down yet to look for the crack. But I will be looking after dyno is over with.What was the issue with the flexplate? Was it cracked?
