I think #1 matches the lines and shapes much better... Also, to better match the center-rib of the hood, one could cut the front down the middle and extend and attach each side about one inch to give a better V-shape, then add about a half or one inch rib down the top center and build the area up with glass/glass resin...

#3 is the obvious front-runner because there are many many people in the Mopar community (purists; and much moreso than many other followings, I've noticed) who will vote for the OEM/original aftermarket available over anything new, regardless of how it looks... ((Not actually accusing anyone of this, though, since #3 also looks quite good on the A-bods (mostly the reason they're still around)) :)

If I do a scoop the mini pro stocker will go on.

Kegan, go with #3, the dual scoops look awesome on the A bodies,
your old buddy Bill.

pro stock scoop.thats the 5 inch scoop right kegan? i so would put that on my car.my 55 chevy had the 7 inch version....

the aero scoop looks chevy like and from a performance standpoint the air will be turbulent going into the engine bay since there is no scrub layer (ramchargers engineering)

#2 is too round for your body style

the dual snorkel fits perfectly for the body style. Mopar got it right the first time

other option leave it a flat hood and keep people wondering.

I had 3 scoops out to try on the Scamp, Which do you like best?

I hate the look of the demon dual scoop so sell it to me for my car LOL.

All joking aside,.i think it looks the best. Thats my vote. Always looked good, the other 2 scoops are so aftermarket yesterday, and look tacked on. The demon scoop looks intergrated like it belongs there. Id go flat black w hood pins on the Scamper.

Just my .02
Matt

I am probably going Flat hood and Repop Hood pins with 23in lanyards.

I have a dual snorkel I recently purchased to put on my 66 Barracuda, but I need all the studs. Is there an actual part for this and advise on how to install the studs being the holes are drilled without threads.

#1 and 3 will look good, leaning toward #3 for ur body style, will be easier to make fit also. # 1 will be somewhat of a ***** to get perfect.
been there done that w/ a snorkle! is the prostock scoop fiberglass or plastic ? -------------------------------------------------------bob:banghead:

#1 ABS, #2 Glass. Cowl Hood, Are you Kidding?????

I voted #3.

With that said, I have two original complete upper and lower sets that I am not using,
because I personally thought it would be too flashy on an FJ6 318 car.

Went with a white double pinstripe and whitewalls with the black top, instead of body color + black w/ scoop, to class it up a touch and tie in the black and white interior.

Not every car needs one, but I do like them.

I know it's not a choice but I'm still a fan of the 6pack scoop. There's something about it that makes me love it. Maybe it's because it makes me want to drink a 6 pack, I'm just not sure.
Since that's not on the list, the dual snorkel is still the coolest for our body style "A"s.
After that it's the prostock.
Def not a fan of the aero.
Can't wait to see your choice on and finished.

Neither of the three for me, especially on that particular body style. The dual snorkle is right at home on 70 - 72 Dusters and Demons.

I voted #2 but I really like cowl induction hoods and had one on my 69 swinger. Currently have 6 pack scoop on my 69Gt
