I have a nice set of brass punches for that type of work.Makes sense and a good sized punch to not flare the shaft ends.

I ended up soaking it in CLR for about a hour and a half, washed it with water and followed RRR advice and started tapping it with a hammer back and forth adding WD-40 and it started to move and after about 15min they were out!

Not really, it's just commonsense I gave the same advice. and I ain't that smart.RRR is pretty tricky.
