Hey convert gang,
Maybe one of you know a guy with a 67-69 Dart GT convert in Florida owned by a guy named Dennis Strickland. I'm a friend and fellow mopar high school buddy and reconnected thru our 25 year reunion. . . But left before we were able to get good contact info other than he was on here.

Pm me here if you can help.

Wow, I introduced my Dart on page 2, before it was finished. While it will never be "done" thought I would finish a mostly done photo.

And here it is at the Westbrook Marina in CT, 2,549 miles from home. There is no denying I drive it.

this is my 68 GT convertible. this pic is from around 2002. I stopped driving it back then. lost interest I guess. put it in the garage to do a disc brake conversion and suspension upgrade. Got drivers side done and just never finished it . its a 340 /727 with 3.91 gears . I put buckets and a console in it ( it was a bench seat ) a legendary upholstery interior kit new carpet . I have owned this girl for 33 years. I bought the car with no motor or tranny or rear end . it had not been registered since 1970 and had 27,000.ml on the odometer so I assume it was original for a car only driven 3 yrs. The body is flawless. So there she sits in the garage waiting for me to get motivated... BUT FEAR NOT MOPAR FANS THE DESIRE AND FIRE ARE BACK AND BURNING HOT AGAIN AFTER A BOUT OF HARLEY FEVER...and some depression and a couple of surgery's. god willing she will ride again soon ...

My 65 Convertible, it's a mess right now. These pictures are before we started repairing the quarters. The current plan is for a 5.9 magnum I have on the stand, still figuring out the rest.

Here's mine, bought it less than 2 weeks ago in Ohio. Beside a few small parts, minor electric problems and a leaking transmission, I just love it.

Very nice.
Might I ask what you paid for it ?

I paid 8000, I didn't mind various little problems, the important and expensive stuff (to my eyes) are the interior, the top, the paint, and no rust.

I don't have the history of the car, I only know the owner I bought it from had it for 2.5 years and bought it in Ashland Kentucky.
