Ouch.. I take it it was running a little "hot" that day?

Nice clean 440 Engine, What is that steel Frame wall on the front of the engine called? I been looking around but had no luck finding it. I would like to get one of those, Thanks .:happy10:

.

Mine is from Mancini Racing. I believe it is an AR motor plate also.

I have more room with my stock style water pump than I did when running a CSR electric water pump.
Good thing I did not go with an electric water pump then. What are you running for a cooling system? My setup is working very good but I would be more happy if I did not have to cut the radiator support and move the radiator.

Yeah i had a moroso electric water pump it wasn't going to save any room so o didn't bother running it

I have a MPP aluminum pump. A Be Cool radiator. I also used a generic aluminum for a while. Twin electric fans. Milodon HV water pump.

440, fenderwell headers, 18 spline, dana 60.
Once I get some issues sorted, I'd like steel wheels all round and a six pac setup would be cool.

That's bad ***! You're going to have a ton of fun with that car. Looks great!

Never posted mine in here - not as nice as most on here but got it where it counts. Haha

71 Demon 71 383/727/ B body disc/drums, and 3.23 8 3/4

No longer is the 383 in the engine bay, but care was/is taken to keep the car correct and clean for driving pleasure! Some simple specs: 440 +.030, Indy heads, intake & 1.6 rockers, crane roller cam, [small] Eagle rods, ross pistons [.990 pin] 11:1. 727 manual shift valve body, 8" Turbo Action, 4.11 Dana, leaf springs. And that's about it...I guess! I was trying to find an ET slip: This is a real 10 second fish which is street driven much more than track driven! As is through the mufflers [3"] with tail pipes. 10.80 @ 124 on multiple occasions! Best 60' of 1.49 but more often 1.54 or so! Never more than 124 or less than 123 mph. Pretty consistent. [this is on premium unleaded and 110 mix] I have had the pleasure of owning this car since 1978! [BH29H] code car.
