Lets see how everyone has handled their plug wires. Routing, looms, etc. I want to use 90 degree boots on the distributor ends, and route the wires more behind the heads to clean things up. To me, the straight terminals on the distributor looks like a spaghetti monster. I have custom Mopar Performance valve covers and I am in the assembly/clean up process now. Discuss.

Your choice. Route them for looks or route them for performance. There's no power to be gained, just problems to be avoided.

Passenger side easy, drivers side is a little more challenging to get neat. Also drivers side makes a difference if you manifolds or headers.

Straight boots don't have to be a mess...

I think the key is the 2 wire loom for the front wires in about the location of the original factory valve cover looms and then a 4 wire loom at the back to set that up:

Nice example. The 'floating' wire seperators help too.
Factory examples shown here.

I don't see that square one very often.

Going for looks.
If your looking for ideas, this thread might be useful too

Some of mines be rubbing on the wiper motor. My old wires and cap done threw away had plastic wire covers on some wires by wiper motor but threw out don't have no more.

MSD Street Fire came pre cut for small block mopar.

I don't know what exhaust system you have, but anything that is even vaguely shaped like a drivers side 68-70 340 manifold those would not work with - wires need to stay higher then drop right down to the plugs. I have seen various header routings that stay above the head ports that would have the same issue.
