Hi Brian
The bottom port goes to the remote filter and the top port is the return from the filter and into the engine. I didn't use a remote filter. My oil pressure sensors were installed like this because these 2 ports are after the oil filter.
Looks like I never documented the coolant bushing size!! It is either 1/4" to 1/8" NPT or 3/8" to 1/8". Sometimes that plug is very hard to remove.

Completed the cold air intake using a Spectre Performance 4" polished aluminum tube (97991), a K&N Oval filter ( RC-5129) and a Grote grommet (91740). Also installed the intake air temperature sensor in the tube.

Hey Jim, would you be willing to share the dimensions of your Air Box?
Maybe even just the lid would do. Not certain of my plans yet but yours turned out really nice and would maybe follow your example.

No problem. Give me a few days to get to my son's place where the car is stored. I started by using some thin aluminum pop riveted together to roughly mock up the box and then used that as the template to fab the box. It is a somewhat complicated shape to fit close the inner fender. Some photos attached of my mockup.

8.5”x11” at top of the box itself. Ie cover off. A few more pics for info. Note the baffle I added on the lid to ensure rain coming in from the front didn’t impact on the filter. Hope that helps.
