It is an interesting concept.
Besides the original $450.00 you will have to purchase a connecting kot to your steering if I read it right.

Various install kits – Kits are available to connect the column to either rack and pinion or original factory manual and power steering applications. These kits will allow you to mate these columns to other manufacturers front end suspension systems that use a rack and pinion setup. Call for details.
 
XV makes high-end and expensive products. Way to expensive for me for sure.
