Receiving oral sex from an ugly person is like rock climbing....

You should never look down....

Holy crap, my friend just showed me these.

She said "could you ever use these" I said, heck yea.

She bought a set for her dad but he doesn't know how to use them because he is the kind of guy who might hurt himself with a pair of pliers.

Either way, I think this is a sweet idea

That's a neat concept, but I think the two larger ones are wrong... Not sure if there is enough thread engagement/depth...

The general rule of thumb is that you should have at least one and a half times the thread diameter for thread engagement, but the two larger ones seem to have less and the shoulder on the larger one will limit the depth that you can make threads....

Example: If you have a 1/2" diameter thread, then you should have 1/2" + 1/4" = 3/4" of engagement...

So a question in hopes I sound a little smarter tomorrow when we put the dash back in.
Think I told you the PO had a mechanical aftermarket under dash water temp/oil gauge. Its gone.
Tested the dash gauges with the Hoppy tester and they worked. Plus dash and gauges were rebuild a few years ago at some high dollar place that does great work.
SO question wiring for the oil sending unit and temp unit on the engine goes through the fuse box to the dash gauge?? Or not what it the path is......the short version.
The only fuse for the instruments I think is the supply to the voltage reducer on the panel. The bundles between the sending units and the gages go direct. Going through the bulkhead connector is considered direct in this context.

I need to get some rest, this cold is kicking my @ss....

I'll catch up in the morning....

Asking too much from one tool I think. And if they were any good they should cost more than that -each.Maybe for aluminum, not steel. We use 2 flute 'gun taps' at work that are very strong and cut quick. Some have a drill tip, but I always pre drill.

And what ever you do, don't drive them with any tool other than a drill chuck. Those hex driver ends are pretty wobbly in a hex driver tool. One tool does all usually doesn't.

You guys just shot down what was supposed to be coolest thing since robo grips.

The drill whirring sounds like broken dreams now

LOL

First or second depending on time zone....

Not feeling much better yet, but a little....

I seen you post and came here to say good morning, working the site some as I wake up to get my engine running , sort of like kick starting my brain.

Well, I got the pitman arm changed in the 64 GMC yesterday , I think I woke up one side of my body, I could not get my inpack on it so a long 1" rachet and socket tugging on it laying on a blanket side ways was not fun, I thought the two nuts and one carter key would be an easy fix ... Not .
