Gout has blown up middle finger of right hand. Hope its better by afternoon so I can finish my inst' panel project. In my 67 fish, 2 of the screws holding the bezel to the glove box door were hidden by the hinges. 4 of 5/16 hex heads to drop the door, 3 phillips head screws to remove bezel, then 2 hinge screws put back to hold the door and turn the glove box lamp off. are we having fun yet?

Mopar was good at that with the dash trim.

If you plan to remove the script from the glove box bezel... the tail after final 'a' is very tender, easily broken. Work carefully. If you do break it, I have 10 or more of those scripts in a pill bottle here somewhere.

Thanks, no I'm not taking the script off. It was all freshly painted a couple years ago and still looks great.
Recently took the front window out to get to the dash. Took the dash out, apart and repainted it.
Put it and the window back in. Finishing up the little dash stuff this week as I have time.

Hey speaking of extra's, I'm looking for the chrome bezel that sits around the lock for the glove box on a 67 Barracuda convertible.

I can look but I really don't think I have more than the 2 doors with bezel and lock installed. I will mention that this lock in bezel is a extra little rattle in the car. I tried to find a wavy washer or anything that would tighten it up a little. No joy. The basic chrome pull never made a sound.
 
Ok well I have one just looking for another. if you want to part with one let me know.
 
OMG, just got a call from my mother, My OTHER sister is in the hospital, they dont think she will make it.....WTF???? No other info at this time....she is the baby, 9 years my junior...

She cant breath on her own, has a breathing tube.....in a medically induced coma.......

Unbelievable!! That's awful hope she pulls through. Thoughts and prayers with you and your sister.

Good luck and hope that swelling goes down. I've known two people who have had gout - one who claimed drinking lots of green tea (and avoiding cetain foods and drinks) really helped him.
