Stop in for a cup of coffee

I was blown away how bigh the Hershey show was. I would say at least twice the size of Carlisle. All years and makes a lot of brass era cars/parts.

Mopars in the Park, it is on East side of Minneapolis. It is very large. New venue this year so sounds like more room. We usually spend one day at swap meet and one day looking at the cars. It is that kind of big. It is very end of May
No this is something in North or South Dakota.

so I got the call on the MRI, nothing torn, busted or otherwise major damage. I do have some swelling around my right side internally surrounding my kidney but it appears not to be a major concern now. Diagnosed officially with bruised ribs and a lumbar and kidney contusion. Steroids and muscle relaxers are the plan for now. Gotta love it, this weekend is gonna suck.

Found it Burning the Night, 500 cars, Billings, Montana Labor Day weekend.

I always figgered I could get paid for being sick/injured and miserable at work as easy as just being miserable at home and poor  . Only twice was I taken to the hospital after arrival at work

Couldn't decide if I wanted to agree or just say thanks! Either way classic marketing. They really push the tall ones. Just yet another reason to drink home brew!
My quarts are quarts. I filled em. I know what goes in, I drink what comes out.

Hah! One of the FABO faithful was in my shop here awhile back and was giving me crap for a duct tape and sharpie label on one of my "special" bottles. Of course then we had to sample it! Yummy is yummy doesn't matter what kind of jar and label.

Told ya it was nothing. Mommy kiss the boo boo make it all better. :poke: JK - hope you feel better. I got a whack in the ribs a few years back when a piece of catwalk let go and I fell against a tank. Hurt for months.

yeah, remember though, wife made me go. I'm having to pee like every 30-45 minutes. Which is why they were worried about internal injuries but doc says the mri shows the swelling is pushing on my kidney and bladder.

True story, I went to the Dr. years ago with some chest pains. I immediately went to the hospital for a stress test. All was good there but still chest pains. That afternoon I had a Chiropractor appointment. I was telling her the story. She started poking around and said "you have a rib out of place" She got out the impact tool and within a couple min. the pain was gone. "What did you do to yourself" I remembered a month earlier I had slipped off the front bumper while working on my tool truck landing on my chest on the top of the radiator.
