Now, time for breakfast. My time is running out. Be back Stateside on the 20th. Got her a Visa for 3 months, July- Sept. Will bring my girl to Carlisle...

That sucks, same thing kind of happened here, windy and cold. I spent a lot of the last day of my weekend (Monday) changing out the flange gasket on our RV toilet. We are living in it and it was pulled, couldn't find the part, had to buy a generic. I'm hearing Sunday is supposed to be warmer here, looking forward to that, still have traces of snow.

Funny thing. I check NWS, they give us a "High Surf Advisory" we're 11 miles from the beach and we have 40mph gusts :rofl:I look at the old homeland, Barstow, middle of the Mojave Desert, they have a "High Wind Advisory" with 25mph gusts :rofl:. Our tax dollars at work.
 
Well I opened an email from my builder today, cost estimates for the house and shop. Glad I was sitting down ha ha. Shop dollar per square foot seems right, not so much for the house. I'm hoping to figure out ways to reduce the per sq ft. below the amount that it is without ending up with a cookie cutter. The wife selected "middle of the road" materials on the inside, outside is a bit more fancy but it's going to be a 2080 sq ft. rambler.

I can build this one in Viet Nam for 60K. Working on the plans now..
