That 65 is sweet.
I like wagons in Dart, Chevy II, Falcon class. Those behemoths are just not my style. I already have a truck.

How about the '71 with the slanty in it! Can you say gutless?I like wagons in Dart, Chevy II, Falcon class. Those behemoths are just not my style. I already have a truck.
You're right Chris, all of us can be said to have warped thinking... View attachment 1715353623
Keith has to be more specific when addressing us if he's trying to single out an individual....

Those 300 sixes were very torquey. In the bottom end.Right up there with an F250 with a 300" 6
IMO both are overpriced.
Oh you figured it didn'tya.I’m not quite sure who you’re referring too?
Lol I at least TRY to follow suggestions hahaOh you figured it didn'tya. View attachment 1715353675
There's nothing more I could do there to get his attenshun focused. Maybe now he'll pay attention to what you wrote. He started two threads asking for help but completely ignoring the responses. Then started a third looking to get someone else to do it. And now is still at square one since he didn't follow a single suggestion anyone made.
IMO both are overpriced.
The yellow with slanty is possibly the better deal - depending on what's under the paint! Surface rust spot vs. patching is the key.IMO both are overpriced.
2 door I would be heading there now....
Be cool to have an emergency wind speed sensor that triggers a retraction motor.Well the awning repair/replace people just showed up.....again. I will be sure to take this one down if I even THINK the winds going to blow, and I'll tilt it.....duh : )
Yeah, but by the time it detects the gust...the awning is destroyed.Be cool to have an emergency wind speed sensor that triggers a retraction motor.
I wonder why the seller thinks it needs a new engine?383 would be fun to toy with @krazykuda and son more door
Engine bay sure looks awful clean for the "needs motor" category.I wonder why the seller thinks it needs a new engine?
Miss the Falcon my folks had for a while. super rare now. 2 door, 3 on the tree 6, crank down rear window. Nice flat metal bed - more so with the back seat folded down. Good looking and good for haulin all sorts of stuff.I like wagons in Dart, Chevy II, Falcon class. Those behemoths are just not my style. I already have a truck.
Bet I could haul that to Carlisle and flip it and make a cool grand! HMMMMMEngine bay sure looks awful clean for the "needs motor" category.
Right. Only would work if speeds picked up gradually. Although I suppose some sort of PID controller to pick up increasing gusts could be employed but that's getting complicated.Yeah, but by the time it detects the gust...the awning is destroyed.
