It was really weird how he acted there. I still can’t get over it. I think everyone around him being quiet and even some crying, I think he knew something was up with that place and to follow suit.
If you ever see a good looking model near it, I want pics! The car is a nice exception and a job well done but the model telling me about the car when I was there was not pretty to look at. zkx14
Yep it was a good time.Morning guys, may have to make the trek back there next year. Sounds like a good time, with good people.

Anyone know the dates for next years? The website doesn’t say?
If I got random pics of a hotty by it is one thing. But spend a few bills and hire one? How do you think your wife would be on that?
Actually... she’s the one that suggested it. When I posed the question about getting her to take pics with the dart when it’s done.If I got random pics of a hotty by it is one thing. But spend a few bills and hire one? How do you think your wife would be on that?

'71 ? 49-state car? My guess would be vent - maybe into the fill tube via a small hard line.Ok dumb question....
My Demon fuel tank has 2 rubber fuel lines coming from it. 1 to the electric fuel pump, I get what that one is, be nice.. there is a 2nd one up towards the top. I dont think these had a return line, so is it just a vent? Where did it run to? Filler neck? The line is about 6-8" long with an Otiker clamp on the end. Just a breather supposed to be there? Any help would be appreciated as then I can put gas in for the first time and fire it up.

Yea. I'm not sure what changes were made when. '67 the vent line runs to the filler tube. Somewhere around '73? the 'vapor saver' systems started to be used.Yes, 1971. Bought in Chicago and spent its life in WI. I dont see a hardline going anywhere under there other than main fuel line. I will go start at the fuller tube and work backwards. Thanks!
I’m wondering if at some point someone didn’t swap the sending unit with a later one.So, I wonder, if I dont find a hard line or connection point at the filler neck, can I put a breather in there similar to a rear differential to let it vent but no dirt to get in....
Pretty sure the vent on my '72 goes back to the filler neck and it's like a 3/8 line. I don't recall any others at the tank.I guess that is possible, but with 23k miles on it and it hasn't been driven since 1983, I doubt it.
