Stop in for a cup of coffee

Did you all know that the term recall wheel also applies to a wheel Kelsey Hayes made, for tires, back in the day. They are very cool looking, I'd like to find a set o dem

Hey all a quick fly by. Painted up the inner drivers side front door panel yesterday, and it looks great!! Wiring up the new dash bulkhead connector this morning. I have the original 741 out in the shed. Looks like we are going to drop the 489 and put the 741 back in. He checked the 741 out and said its good to go. This will be fun!!

So you will have an unneeded 489 center chunk? What gears?

I can't wait. I am going to the skin Dr. in an hour for them to dig around on my nose. I had a mole/wart looking thing removed and it was some kind of cancer. I hope they don't have to dig too far. :BangHead::BangHead:

They couldn't dig any farther than your finger that's been in there... :poke:

I say we all chip in, buy it, swap the engine to a hemi and take it to Carlisle
Yeah like that would work out. I was 1/3 owner of a 68 cuda once. Of course the title had to go in somebody's name so we drew straws. Then that guy's wife ran off with a lawyer and there went the car.

you could set it up in a trust. that's what we do with the titles and deeds for the farm stuff.

So my Uber witty wife left this card for me this morning, we are having a date night tonight. Going to see the legendary Robert Plant and the Shape Shifters. Bucket list item. Knowing the creative imaginations reading this I will spare you all the inside of the card. Suffice to say I am looking forward to a great evening!

‘57 is down the road.
He’s very happy with the stance.
And happy about the 40 lbs of gravel i removed from the frame.
Next is rear disc brakes in spring.
Same with his 454 chevelle. Apparently it needs a tune up.
Doesent go like he thinks it should. So guess who gets to do some road tests? Oh ya!

Got neighbour’s trailer welded up,added some gussets to tge fenders.just over an hour,$100.
My day is done.
Not.
72 challenger is back for 2 new tires. And selling him a spare ralley wheel.

Just did wasp eviction from the Duster. Was at a picnic a few weeks ago and a friend noticed a couple hovering around the front corner on passenger side. They had a paper nest under the fender above the headlight. Didn't see any activity at first. Decided I would test them before ripping it out of there. Gave a squirt of alchohol and water and a few crawled out. So shot it with foaming killer and then rinsed the whole thing a couple minutes later. Removed the headlight trim and cleaned the nest out.
Other than that...my real project for this morning is getting the Neon rockers painted. Decided to go with Frank's suggestion of undercoat and then paint. Not as much texture as I wanted, but good enough. Undercoat is done(drying). Hoping I can paint and have it ready to drive to work. Otherwise I need to do a quick wash on the dusty Duster and take it to work.:steering:
