Sorry ladies and gentlemen, not been following this chat today. Been working on my restoration thread, just finished decoding the fender tag. And been renaming a lot of pictures so it is possible to find out what picture is what without having to open them. The pictures will be posted in due time with text.

Hope everyone is ok, and that the Manitoba sledge has not damaged the piston.

Morning all. Not a good one either. We woke up to news that my father in law, who’s been in cancer treatments for the better part of 4 years now for a rare bone cancer has had the cancer spread to his lungs in force. Probably because he refuses to stop smoking but nevertheless it sounds bad. Doctors are unsure if they can do anything at all as the treatments he’s been getting are maxed out and it still spread. And fast.

So any prayers would be appreciated. Sadly at this point, the inevitable has to be faced.

That is the least we can do. :(

Nope, i dropped clutch cover, and went at it with a good pry bar and it started rolling. So i kept at it. Cleaned switch on starter and cranked it over. 3 intake valves left to unstick and maybe attempt to fire it. It was an awesome day!!

I need to do a ton of back reading that I probably won't do.

I got home from work, long day, long week. 60 hour week.

Then I just had dinner. Cinnamon toast crunch, so yummy.

Now I am going to surf fabo and do nothing and go nowhere and be happy :)

Big thanks to whomever gave me gold.

I don't know who did it but thanks.

I felt like I was showered with gifts of more fabo in Gold clarity. Like a golden shower........ wait what!! :poke:

Sincerely thanks :usflag:

When for a ride also...Dont tell the cops!!! LoL

OMG, what is with the rust on that silver dodge pickup. I am not used to seeing rust on anything 1980 and newer. I would start twitching and couldn't function if I had rust problems like that around here.

Ever since I first saw this custom surf van, I just knew I had to do something with it. Kinda like an itch that can’t be ignored and needs to be scratched...

Beats paying 50 Large on a new one strapped to payments for 7 years. Yeah that rust is a constant battle working to keep it back on the vehicles in the rust belt. Constantly Painting/Undercoating, sealing up the undercarridges to save the daily drivers.

Just got a hold of a new slop vehicle to run in the mud, salt, and down gravel roads . . keeps the other clean vehicles nice if they don't get slopped up on the bad days.

Just sealed behind the front wheels on the undercarriage on this 2002 slop vehicle today. Let the paint run out the bottoms.

Royal Mess doing it, but sure saves the vehicles.
