Im not big on butchering. well, cutting the meat may be ok,but up to that point isnt for me.
i was involved with an ostrich farm years ago, and the big day came, i learned that sort of thing wasnt for me.

Its going to be a nice day here today, so need to get out side. We've had rainy crappy weather for the last week.
I guess, so I'm told, we are taking the daughter and her crew who's been staying with us the past couple weeks to breakfast.
Heck I thought I'd feed them enough. Why not take me out to breakfast??
I mean I got $60 worth of rib-eye's for the grill this evening. Dad's wallet is getting a workout.
 
I am meeting with a member tomorrow buying him lunch. Hell don't even know the guy has a bunch of distribs he wants to give me and never even talked with him online. Have to love this site. Lives kind of near Keefer. 3 miles S of York PA.
