Stop in for a cup of coffee

Wow! That would irritate me, but I guess if I live in that area I understand.
2017 was the year so many home and businesses burned. 10 houses away from us, on the other side of the rail road tracks, 1200 homes burned down in Coffee Park, and then with all the other areas, I have forgotten how many in total. But it was brutal. I developed Asthma after that because of all the smoke. And I was not alone.

For months after the fire I had to go outside every evening looking at the sky and smelling to see if we could go to bed safely.

I can imagine, I went through a house fire when I was 18 and it took years for me to sleep well at night.

36800 acres, and 5643 structures burned down. 8 minutes for one house to burn to the ground, almost 3000 F degrees in the fires.

It was like a war zone.

And then came the Paradise fire last year that took out the entire town. Think it was over.15000 structures that went up in flames.

It is sort of hard to grasp it.

The United States has a lot of huge things happening. Huge fires, huge earthquakes, huge tornadoes, huge snow storms.... A people who has also had huge cars, and huge hearts. A lot of huge in this country. Can be overwhelming for an old Norwegian, where everything is tiny.

Fixed! LOL

Classic Smilies

Can't believe a simple work around for having a better selection of smilies is making someone upstairs so unhappy...

It’s a business. What’s in it for them to do it? It’s not like it will change the customer base participation or generate more income.

It like someone asking for more condiment choices at McDonalds. What motivation do they have to do it? It’s not like they will sell more product.

You answered a question I did not ask.
Why would having the option for cut and paste at the top for a few days bother anyone?

Deleting TMM's bump is just chickens

Again, what’s the motivation to do it and why tolerate dissenting opinions being revived?

Sometimes a management decision is final and not open for discussion. When you own the site, it’s entirely your prerogative to make a unilateral decision and make it final.

How'd you get it to toon like that??
I have my ways!

Actually, it’s one of the programs I use called “Clip2Comic”. It has several presets for image styles.

The problem with using it is understanding how to adjust the source image before processing to get it to turn out decent. Then there is a bunch of post processing and layering with the original image and other effects in Photoshop to get the desired result.

Just a simple image like that takes about 6 layers and 30 mins work to accomplish even at my skill level.

So after 2/3rds of a chalking gun tube of ultra black, I think the poly intake might be sealed.

Also had to modify a spacer to clear the cap screw heads on the adapter plate so the Holley would sit flush without concern of damaging its plate

That is good, my friend said her phone has a cartoon editor, it does but no where near as detailed as yours.

Yeah, that’s a basic first step conversion.

Here is one of yours that I did with 5 step processing using C2C and iPad photo editor and didn’t even take it to photoshop yet for clean up and hand drawing of lines plus colorization of details yet.

You can see that it is now a decent base image to proceed with.

Pretty much another wasted evening.

I had plans to come home from a 12 hour day, 4am. To 4 pm and change the ECU box on the fury and do a bunch of things around the yard I have. On a list.

I came home and layed on the couch and woke up in the dark with my office clothes on.

Ate dinner and now I am surfing fabo and didn't do a dang thing all evening.
