Morning. Long back read.
Snowing. Wet snow. Have to start a second cup.
Clean pellet stove today and fire it up.
After i put new bearings in the f150 rear diff.

leaving some time this week for working on my fargo, i want to get cooling system fixed up, and start on charging system.

Rain is here now so you might have a nice day today to be outside.
Yeah hopefully. It moved out about 6 last night. Lots of wind. Getting ready to wake the mrs and the minions up. Got enough time to make breakfast and then tear down. Gotta check out at noon

he's not looking at the flaws but at the bits
Oh you said 'bits'. Had to put my glasses on. :D

I don't remember which one, mopar or Ford wheels have the larger hub circle.

I know Ford aluminum wheels don't fit a mopar. I tried putting some aluminum ford ranger wheels on a mopar and they didn't fit for one reason or another.
The '74 Duster I stripped last year had a pair of Ranger 'Rallys' on it.
All the good stuff is on the east coast. .... way out of my reach
And we think everything is out where you are...lol
Don't forget cam bearings.

So many guys I talk to don't change cam bearings.

Really, you're going to trust 50 year old cam bearings??

Plus I want them to change cam bearings because most of them give me 20 bucks to change them because i have my own cam bearing tool LOL.

You might remember I had to buy a new cam bearing tool after I loaned out my old one and a former "friend" screwed me over on it.
My slant looked like someone rebuilt it and did everything but the cam bearings. Babbit layer was flaking off.

Definitely a experience. Never ever thought I would do a car like this FOR MY WIFE!
That's the final answer? So, much for a flipper....

Phone alarm?

We are evacuated, in the 06 Charger, cat and dog with us. A few other things too.

Bill.
Sucks to have to leave your home like that, but glad your getting out. Was making me nervous 2 days ago and I'm like a gazillion males away...

Good Morning

In a tent? Hope the wind dried it out. I hate packing up a wet camp site. Gotta take it all home unpack, rinse and dry and pack again :BangHead:

I thought we were getting an all day soaker. BUT, just looked and now it shows sun from 2PM on. AND supposed to be 15mph wind so stuff should dry out pretty quick. Maybe get a little wood split later.

A friend just traded for one that matched his old one. The new one is a 440 4 speed Dana car. 71 Charger of course.

Well, whether you like the spoiler or not. :poke: Terry's car in the picture is a 440 auto air car. He di it nice and it is a class winner at North Iowa Mopars. Through the grapevine here on FABO, I put him in contact with a guy that was looking for a nice driver but had a partially done 71 Charger he would like to trade. Come to find out the 71 was a B7 Blue 440 4 speed Dana car with white interior, a big brother to Terry's completed car. Terry went to look at it and ended up trading and got some money to boot for his completed car. If you look in the photo, you can see the nose of a Roadrunner behind the garage. It was his uncle's ca,.
the car that Terry rode in as a young boy that got him hooked on Mopars. He needed cash to finish up the resto of that car so the trade and cash came at the right time. The Road Runner will be a tribute to his uncle that has passed away. It will have a 408 stroker (I sold him) and a 4 speed/ 8 3/4 combo. Quite a story I know.

Hey Keith...I wanted to tell you that your comments on tightening lug nuts the other night was so right on. That was funny when you posted the picture of the tire iron.
