Oh well if the neighbors wanted it they should have bought it. They will have a hell of a view pond, mountains. Also I found out I have maximum water rights with back pay for damages. Good day. Taxes go down, Daughter moves in and get at least ten grand for property damage!

Long day of work with all day meetings. The bright spot was when I got home and found my new armrest arrived. Finally have a nice one on the drivers door to match the condition of the other 3!

Old one.

If you do not make any sales requiring sales tax. No sales tax fileings. Also talk to an CPA. Most likely you can file an S corp election and take any money out as owner distributions. A LLC with S corp tax election has the benifit that all profit and losses flow through the LLC to your personal tax return normally lowering your taxes.

Awesome, thanks!

Well, there is only one way to be sure...drive out here and check it out for yourself.

If you leave now, you can be here by the weekend!

I will pass, this time. How did your trip to Keith's go?

Was a great time time! Matt and I hooked up here and drove out to Keith’s place. It was like a mini Mopar show. The GTS ran great, 150 mile round trip and nearly 4 hours of drive time.

Real nice. Whose '66 is that?

That’s member @rod7515 and a friend of Keith’s. I told him to ping you for the better gas struts for his hood and trunk. His have gotten weak and I think they are undersized.

I'm doing this .....

66 fury poly 318 >>>>>70 D100

I just need to find motor mounts and a bell housing.

Unless magically the car motor mounts happen to be the same as the truck.....I doubt it

Lower octane makes more power per unit volume than High octane...as long as it doesn't detonate and cause knock. That why some lower compression engines make more power than higher compression ones do.

It isn’t about the price of the fuel, it’s about the power (torque) lower octane fuel makes and the ability to take advantage of it.

Torque gets you moving...HP keeps you accelerating.

Total 15,000 steps today. Legs are giving up.
Was a great day.
