How cold does it get where you’re at?

I just have visions of icing everywhere, small stuff everywhere and the dogs getting a sugar high! 6 kids 3-12. And of course in the kitchen when they are trying to cook! Marilyn says I am evil!
We had a bunch of those over the years. Not that messy. Mae usually set them up on a table out of the way. She had a big roll of blue plastic tablecloth material for stuff like that. Just cut off a piece and let em have fun. If they mess it up it went in the trash. If not it was a quick wipe and re-useable.

Cheesecake and pumpkin pie for breakfast! Paint on the Demon. Life is good.
I had Tiramisu the wife brought home from a diner stop for lunch yesterday.

So here is our new pie maker, yep pie dough and flour everywhere! One of our grandsons, kids breed like rabbits I tell ya. I might just send em all up the hill and invade Memike,!

Kinda cold, REALLY windy here. I usually do my last run around the yard with the mower this Thanksgiving weekend to mulch leaves. If I do any it won't be much. There's some I might do along the side where it is shielded by neighbors pine trees. but most of it is blown clean. If I get out there early enough and shoot them out of there the wind should take them to a land far far away - like the other neighbors yard. lol Good thing is that slopes away from me so even if wind changes direction they rarely come back.

We had several winds yesterday break 80 mph, I forget what the local school recorded. I’ll have to go and look it up, but it was nearly 90 mph

This weekend I have to move the RV 20 feet down the driveway for final grading. Also will get us out of the way so they can pour the 20 foot slabs in front of the shop. Bought a 50 foot heated water line to replace 25 foot, hoping power will reach, think it will.

The neighbor's 100 year old red oak is always last to drop leaves. They were still hanging on yesterday with all the wind. We often do yard work this weekend as well. That oak tree has developed a large crack in the crotch. Not looking good. There will be a lot of firewood when that one comes down.

Don’t expect that bad here. I think our gusts might be 50 or so...My wife thought I was nuts putting a new flag out. I think it should be Ok. Just got it to replace one I got from Dad that tore. Decided to retire it after Veterans Day.
