Stop in for a cup of coffee

Pulled front spring right out.
Rear spring eye is worn through 1/2 thickness of spring. The wear sleeve is someodd threaded sleeve, worn right through. Left hand thread. Real goofy setup.
So now i want to replace springs, with rubber bushings and proper shackles on the back end of springs. Very similar to what’s on my power wagon.
Cut off the farmer installed fish plating. What a mess. Frame was broken clean off right behind steering box. Wish i could find a frame right about now.

I always said the deer in this neighborhood are like big pet dogs. 8 of them in the back yard with me standing 10 yards away on the deck taking pictures with the dog just behind me barking his head off through the screen door. They are just looking around without a care in the World.

Here is a question, what are the odds my dart enters paint by the end of 2020?

Not quite that tame in my yard. They disappear pretty quick if they see a person that close and definitely gone if the dog barks. What are they after? You throwing corn out? They used to come up and eat out of my FIL's hand up in the mountains after he fed them a while. And there were none tame before he moved there.

They seem to be after the little fruit the ornament pears dropped. Nobody in the neighborhood feeds them but for some reason they like hanging out in my yard. I find them bedded down along the shrub line next to the driveway at night. Here is the spot they like to bed down in. You can see the body prints they leave (the dark spots along the row).

Neighbouring town (pinawa)
Is full of deer. Damn garbage eaters. Flip lids off garbage cans and go to it.

they are odd looking compared to the deer in the forest nearby, their legs are shorter.

Those MacAllan scotchs are my fav you have their John
Yep! Mine too, obviously. I took a bottle of 15 year to MITP and poured it for everyone that wanted some in the tent last year. We had a blast! Most had no idea they were sampling 100 dollar plus bottle of hooch. We had so much fun. The FABO tent rocked. Not sure what I will take next year but it will be equal or better. To fellowship with guys you talk smack with all year is simply priceless. We drug Fred out of the sticks, TMM showed up with Shandy, Jaws gave tutorial after tutorial on early A bodies to me, SLS opened his house to all for a BBQ, I could go on and on. To say it is special is an understatement. The folks that make Carlisle have the same experience only a bit further East. Just a great bunch of folks on here period.

Been digging around trying to find a solution for my leaf spring issue. Nope.
So i have to pull a stack, take it apart and send it off to get a pair made to suit my needs. Down time for sure.
May revisit putting longer springs in.

Measure what you need and contact Espo Springs and Things. I bet they can build whatever you need.
