Stop in for a cup of coffee

Hmm, I can get in. Didn’t try to buy...
I can get on. Get an error button after clicking commit to buy button, with their message "it's not you it's us our server is down" message. I'll try later.

What cha buyin' Craig?

We went to Longhorn Steak at 5:30 and waited an hour for a table. It was so busy the food wasn't their usual standard, and we remembered why we have dinner at home. By the time we did get home it was a two hour ordeal. Oh well I had great company.

Now to get to work on those new years resolutions.

I can say I usually accomplish most I set but not all.

2020 maybe this will be the year that...
John moves to a warmer climate or
Ray gets a new (er) truck to take all his "stuff" to Carlisle or
Dave finally gets that art and t-shirt business going or
Rani finds a boyfriends who likes A Bodies as much as she does or
Keefver builds a nice little garage for the Duster or
Tim learns the county is zoning his property as a salvage yard with all the projects he has sitting outside or
Mike develops a secret whiskey recipe oh and makes lots of money or
MeMike gets Victoria done and driving the hills or
Chris finishes A project, garage, car, just one, and doesn't buy any other project...at least this year or
Stephen makes enough coffee money to live on land year round or
Frank goes to part-time at the shop and drives around town in his cool Fargo or
Mitch goes and...well we know, Mitch is living the life while
The rest of us watch, read, and are entertained almost every morning trying to keep up with you all!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR FABO Coffee Club!!
Well.... when ya say it like that. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy! Like herding cats! Thx Craig

That's sad to hear but it sounds like it's time. No sense in suffering. RIP

I've got plenty to do, but this cold is still kicking my ***. I think it's starting to clean out now at least. My wife says my voice sounded better this morning....

Sorry to hear about the pooch. I took our last one to the vet when the time came. Hard to believe Holly is 4 yrs already. I've never been this close to any animal, -will be a mess when we lose her. Hopefully many years from now...

It's so nice to see the circle tracks here in the SW beginning to show their schedules :D.
March 7th @ Famoso March Fuel Meet and perhaps opening night @ KCRP for the oval track.
Subject to weather .
1 week from this coming Sunday I should be at The Wild West Shootout in Phx for the big $ dirt Late Model show.
First weekend in February Winter Nationals at Pomona.

I do need to fix the fuel pump wires on the neon. I noticed quite a while ago they are 'roughed up'' Was headed home from work last night and it shut off. coasted off to a side road. Would not restart. Remembered seeing those wires. Repositioned them and it started right up. Could have been the problem, or just luck...
Either way, want to repair them before it goes out again. Not sure if there is enough there to cut out and splice. Might have to hit a yard and get the connector with some longer wires on it tomorrow.

Bakersfield will be rockin' with racing that first weekend in March.
Famoso has nitro.
Bakersfield Raceway has door slammers on dirt.
KCRP (just across the valley) must be NASCAR on asphalt.

Man TJ sorry to hear about your hound. 15 is a long run for a Lab, they have huge hearts and will simply go and go. I raised my kids with one and buried her underneath a swing set daughter and I welded up out of drill pipe and scrap stainless. I had to stop digging over and over to empty my sun glasses. She would lay there for hours and watch over the kids while they played. All of our children are raising their kids now with the help of a fearless hound of some kind. Hemi my constant companion German Shepard turned six on Christmas Day. I am not man enough to even take her to the vet, the wife has to. I can’t bear to watch her suffer in any way. Be strong doing what you need to do. I have had to do it on several occasion and each time I swear to myself I will never get another dog so that I do not have to repeat. Next thing ya know I have fur ball of some kind in my lap!

Gunner is 10 1/2 now....Be a Very sad day for me, when he goes. By my side at every moment I am home..Absolutely Loved to catch the Frisbee. We used to hunt together for years. He'd fetch my Ducks and Geese loyalty. But has developed arthritis in his left shoulder in the past few years. Now, he might want to catch the Frisbee once, before he's done...Very Sad.....

Loud and clear. My 13 year old shepherd is not long for this world. She's still happy and kicking now but I know 13 and shepherd are not a good mix. I dread the day. I got a spot in the yard to bury her and little woman's ashes and plant a tree. Til then, me and the ol' girl are gonna have lots drinks and grilled meats!

Gunner was looking a little sad. So I told him we'd go take a ride in my 92 Ram Diesel.. He jumped right in there. But.......It wouldn't start. Hasn't run since before I went to VN in Oct. But this is the first time ever the battery was too low to start it. So I told Gunner I was sorry, we can't go for a ride now. Told him to get out. Well....No Dice, he aint moving. Went an got the battery charger hooked up, told him to come inside for a Cookie.....Nope..Aint happinin. That was 30 minutes ago. Just went out there to check...YUP......
