Ok, this might be political but I find it funny.
The town/city near by me hasn’t had a murder, shooting, stabbing or other serious attack or death since 1984. Republicans have controlled the place since 1984. This past elections, Democrats narrowly win the city council, literally by one vote. They got Sworn in on Jan 2. Since Jan 2nd, there’s been 3 shooting deaths, and 2 stabbing deaths! Wth!
Not that the deaths are funny, but rather the correlation

Full size dead chevy van. Just shoved it into shop. E-repair.
Starter crapped out.

No, previous mechanic.not even.
Heavy handed fucktard.
Broke starter bolt. In order to drill it out a very long drill bit is required or it wont drill straight.
Solution? 5/16” bolt dropped in from top and sell it quick!
I managed to get an adequate size bolt in, and secure starter so it wont slip away from ring gear.
Im hoping it will last longer than the last job. Otherwise i have to weld the hole,redrill and tap. No fun.
