Stop in for a cup of coffee

This boat is swaying bad tonight. That cold front sent some bad wind and high waves this time.

I had enough trouble on solid ground working. Can't even begin to imagine doing oil field projects on a moving vessel. How the heck do you operate a crane when the boom is rocking back and forth with the swells? That's nuts.

If there is too much movement you dont.

Supposed to start a good rain soon and last a few hours here. Then winds to kick in 20mph+ rest of the night thru most of tomorrow.
Trash goes out tomorrow night. Might not be recycling anything this week...

I agree! She is incredibly good at this, but doesn’t realize how good she is.

She did this sketch a few weeks ago, 20” x 30” called “Introspection”

It is so good I could teach an entire class on it....but she thinks it’s just a doodle.

That is a cool doodle, like that a lot. Could put a frame on that and hang it in a living room.

Real Artwork . . .

1965 Super Stock Dodge - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle...

Something you don't see everyday. Did Mopar actually build any A/FX cars at the factory?

Yes and no....

They most likely built the main car at the regular factory and then sent it out to a specialty shop to do the rest of the conversion....

When I worked at the truck plant, we did the Indy edition Ram 'sport' (the blue ones with the white stripes)... We built the main truck on the assembly line, but didn't install the unique front and rear bumpers and stripes... The unfinished trucks were then sent to a shop not far away called Cardinal Automotive to have the special bumpers and stripes and pace truck door decals installed... Cardinal was about 5 miles from the assembly plant...

I just replied to some emails.

I have a habit of glancing at my emails as they come in but I'm usually busy and can't reply at that time.

Then after they are marked "read" they go to the part of my brain which has no memory. Then I completely forget and the sender thinks I'm rude because I don't reply. Then a week goes by and guess what i still completely forgot about.

I'm trying to get better at going back when I have time and reading In detail with my 100% attention and replying.

Somehow I still feel like I'm forgetting something.....

Don't miss being on a ship in high seas. Best thing I ever did was hang up a hammock. Dam boat could do what it wanted I was stable! Except when it pitched bad, Amphibian, flat hull in the stern so it would slap down hard!

Trying to figure out how to speed up some of my clips in the video editer so my video length is more manageable.
