Welcome to the USSAMan I cant even explain how disappointed I am. Wife brings the trans gender son to the doc no charge gets free healthcare. waits for him sees a bread booth across the street. Finds some bread I cannot afford to buy for free. Wait it gets better. Been talking to a guy about a 440-6 dual point for a bit that is local. Shows up in a newer Lexus! Ask him what he does, Tells me he is on welfare. Threw him out fast. WTF is wrong here? I reaaaally need to go to jail I guess? Glad I sent 25 years protecting this guys rights! Man I am Pissed!

As you should be.Man I am Pissed!
I can confirm that here as well. My grandfather was the township trustee for 44 years. He was in charge of that and the utilities welfare program as well. Drove me nuts, drove him nuts to see the vehicles people started rolling up in. We didn’t see that until really the early to mid 2000s though. It just kind of started one day. Most of the people patronizing the local food bank drive vehicles way newer than mine. Nothing more than 10 years old. One family, all welfare for life, all work for cash. No reason they cant earn an honest living.
I always thought we should convert the Public assistance system to “Work to Earn”. If you get $100 in food stamps, you have to do $100 worth of minimum wage work for the state first to get it. Same thing with all other kinds of Welfare.
I bet 90% of people getting assistance would drop off the rolls once they had to actually work for the benefits. The rest that stay are probably the only ones who really need it.
So us bread a drug reference?? I've heard it called broccoli, but never bread....Man I cant even explain how disappointed I am. Buying from crack heads around here usually means you’re buying stolen propertyI really shouldn't say it but I was reading another thread about a cat using a flux core welder because he can't afford a nice welder........
Well i shouldn't say it , but crackheads are a good source of nice things for cheap.
I don't condone drugs in any way and I certainly don't partake in drugs but once time I saw a crackhead and his gf walking down a city street and they were selling DVDs, watches and a bunch of stuff in a shopping cart. So I had a look and bought some new stuff for really cheap, because cash is king with them.
I got to talking to them and they had "access" to more stuff. She mentioned she had a few brand new in box sewing machines. I met them later that night at 7/11 and sure as ****, a brand new in box Baby Lock sewing machine I had seen at the store for $599. ...... whipped out 2 crisp hundo bills and the guy loaded it in my car LOL.
I bought some tools from them too. Quality, new stuff for cheap, because they like crisp hunnit dolla bills yo!!
So I'm saying, welders come through every now and then, these people had some but I didn't pay attention because i already have a nice welder that my parents got me for Christmas long time ago.
Yeh, I’d stay away from that.Buying from crack heads around here usually means you’re buying stolen property
A good chance. There is a pawn shop in the city that advertises lots of tools.no doubt stuff is hot..Yeah, but if you buy from a Pawn shop...just one step removed from the crackhead...it is still likely stolen property.
A pawn shop is going to be more expensive than a deal by a 7/11 dumpster because the crackhead has less overhead.
