One thing my wife did, deferred house and loan payments for 6 months. She said it goes on the end of the mortgage with no penalty. I said i will be dead when mortgage is paid. She said exactly!

Also found out we got undercut on the job we were on by a drill rig of all things. So my boat is at the dock. Instead of 18 of us on board working there are just 7 of us to fill the C.O.I.
Still dont know if I will be able to transit to the boat on Monday or Tuesday.

Accountants and tax preparers not allowed to continue 'physical operations'. perhaps they can work from home (if they can get the paper work).
Liquor stores and beer distributors allowed to remain open.

I contacted a couple contractors here that do old house restoration. They no longer do clay style. I haven't talked to the gal a few blocks away that had her roof completely replaced. I have talked to a roofing contractor that has Certainteed steel roofing that looks like the tile. They are working up an estimate. They brought out their drone and shot some video of problem areas I didn't know existed. They can do all the repairs needed, reflash the dhimney and new gutter and downspouts.

See my photo of the bent fuel line? I filled it with sand. It works awesome! Just need to blast it out with air and solvent.
