Bakery is empty except for the owners and one employee in the back. They don't bake on premises. They said they're just seeing how it goes with the cafe portion closed, and no specialty breads. Apparently their pumpernickle is a specialty bread, so it was sandwich wheat for me. They also had a half of white made with unbleached and sourdough in the 1/2 price bin - sounded interesting so I bought it too. It went in the freezer.
