OMG, you just can’t make this **** up. I just got a text from the Chairman of the board. Since I wasn’t informed directly of the lay-offs I guess he figured he should let me know about it...
“Hey Dave - just as a heads up we had to make some layoffs this afternoon with everyone being let go - will Chat tomorrow about what all this means going forward.
It’s been a busy afternoon and we ain’t finished yet...”

Son showed up with my 3.55 gearset. I was under the impression they were used.
First dude at another place wanted 200 for used, thought second guy at 150 was a better deal. But for new? Fn A!!

3.55 is a nice gear, plenty of kick out of the hole but comfortable on the highway. New makes it even Better!

Yep, at a minimum if they expect me to keep working for them then my rate doubles...maybe more.
