We only get hot water from the tap in Summer. The odd part is that we also only get cold water from it in Winter.

There must be something fubar in the plumbing. Who wants hot water in Summer?

I have to call the water district and see what is wrong...

My first southerly vacation i had an odd experience, the cold water wasnt so cold it hurt your teeth. it was almost room temp. Weird.
mind you, water lines here are typically buried 6 feet, to be below the frost line.

Our water supply here comes from large above ground tanks just 1/4 mike from the house. In Summer, the tap water is close to the average daytime temperature. In Winter, it is close to freezing temps.

We save a lot on water heating in Summer, but in Winter a hot shower means turning the faucet to 80% hot water and it doesn’t last long.

Of course, in Winter a glass of cold water is just a turn of the faucet away.

Cold shower here you would be blue..its nice to have 80 gallon hot water tank.

Yeah, they changed it, originally in the 155 page bill, it was an advance on your I come tax returns for the year, but too many people were up in a tizzy over it. That said, while it’ll spur the economy in the short term, long term the potential is there for some serious inflation

But, but, we can use the inflation for our blow up dolls.... :D

Glad you slept well there Memike. I have a similar problem that I live on a hill and when you take a walk I have to judge the energy left to bet me back up the hill.

Have to bring son’s truck into shop. Leaf springs sagged. One bolt is blocked by fuel tank. Hope it doesent take too much to get it all apart.

I cannot wait until all this crazy chit ends. Went to Walmart for a few items last evening and people were nuts!

So province announced seasonal campgrounds are considered non-essential and are to remain closed until further notice. Should see all the whiners..but cottagers can travel to their cottage. No, public health minister requested they remain home too. there is about 1000 people that still come out every weekend...

People got there check from the government and are going nuts buying shtuff... I was told it was crazy in town here as well
