Stop in for a cup of coffee

Need the smaller style? I replaced on recently on my '67.

I ordered a box of 25 of the 72 and up, have not ordered the older style yet because I seem to be working on 72 and up cars lately

I have been meaning to check and see if the 65 valiant which is my oldest car shares the 71 and down profile.

I know the truck uses some weird unique adjuster.

Was the 68 a notch or fast back
Both were notches. That's what I always had wanted. I liked the lines and having a decent size trunk.

Here's what is used for the plastic retainer on the headlight adjuster.

At first I thought I like fastbacks better because my adoptive dad has a 69 A56 cuda that he bought as a used car in 1972, so I grew up seeing that car around.

Later I bought a 67 notchback that was originally a 383 car but it was pretty much a bare body shell. I got the 4 speed but anything driveline was missing or trashed. Then a few years after that I bought a 67 fastback with no title to use as a parts car for notch.

Now I'm really into notches because they look sleek

Dang, I'm getting old, my best car memories are now over ten years old. Like 2006 to 12 were prolly my golden years when I was finding a lot of good cars out there and did a lot of work on them.

I think uncle Tony is making my golden car years return. I have learned so much watching his videos.

The man is a Rock star, and a cutee too.

He is motivational, inspiring, and moving.

This demon has a driver fender I bought from a fabo member. When I think of how much money I have spent as a result of this website.....(oops I fell on the floor in sticker shock)

A member crackedback sent the fender to me via grey dog, what a memorable time.

When you're serious about working on cars and not going to take any lip from any little bolt and show them bolts who's boss.

Kroil is better and doesn't smell as bad.
There was a time I would have agreed because i used to use only kroil. But around here, kroil has become hard to come by. Plus, I think they improved PB blaster or something happened because the stuff really works. I can agree about the smell though, around here, we call PB blaster lizard pee because the smell

Rained today so I hand filed the piston rings for the 360 Magnum. Cylinders honed and pistons in. If it rains tomorrow will have it finished up save for the fuel pump stub and timing cover.

And if it doesn't rain tomorrow, how far will you get???? :D

The sad part is I am expecting the tranny in this car to look something like the 318 did so a rebuild may be in its future before it rolls under its own power.

I called my mechanic and told him that the car starts, but doesn't move... He told me to check the tranny... :steering:

So I told my brother to take off the dress and help me fix the car....

Damn, what is wrong with the world these days.

When I Googled "lassie" for a pic of the dog, I learned you have to specify "lassie dog"

When i typed "lassie" , i got a **** come up "young lassie takes it in the assie'

My google found it with just lassie... :D

But I like the way your google thinks... :p

So it was demon Friday here, I have owned this car for 4 years and haven't done anything with other than drive it around the yard because it had a good running slant, so I drove it In to pull the slant to put in the valiant and while it is in the shop, I started thinking there is nothing stopping me from dropping a mild 340 /833 OD

So I changed the K frame.

It's good to see you coming back from the dark side and working on a Mopar again...

What year 340 are you going to use???

That spray bomb black grille looks like total ****, I wonder what is the easiest way to remove all the black paint off it and go back to the original agent silver

Have you tried to see if brake or carb cleaner will take it off???
