Stop in for a cup of coffee

I still cant believe how clean my distributor was inside. Think all i need to scrounge is a couple belts and a coil wire. And fuel line. If it runs, and transmission works then i will go about going through brakes. I see a set of calipers in trunk and a new set of pads, may just get kits and rebuild them.

Hey Frank you get that truck running send me a PM with your address on it and I will send you a Fargo shirt of some kind to wear when you drive it!
Cool! Thanks!
Waiting on parts to replace windshield and door gaskets. Man, does it clatter without them!

Morning all, finally made it to the computer.
Helped the AC guy yesterday. He's older, been doing AC's for decades, and all that has taken a toll on him. I've known him for years, so told him I'd be his helper.
Carried the coil and all the heavy stuff to the basement. They gave him the wrong coil so back up and out it went. The right was $200 more. He told the warehouse they were eating that he'd already given the customer a price and it wasn't his fault. They took it. Finally got the job done five hours later. He moves a little slower, but does a great job and always enjoy talking with him.
John those decals look great. I'm looking forward to the day I get to go for a drive.
With the Barracuda, I'm on hold until John makes it out. I've done all I can do.

So last night, I got the Polara to run for a long while, probably about 30 minutes or so. Everything was going good and got her timed in, water temp was good, holding steady at 180 degrees, oil pressure at idle was steady at 65 psi.
Then it all came crashing to a halt, she started smoking really bad, out the drivers side breather. Not out of the exhaust. Thinking maybe a valve seal let go?

Bummer!

Valve seal is usually out the exhaust, heavy out of the crankcase you prob don't want to know. What weight oil is in it?
