Well,

under its own power. Dragged out leaf blower and blew out all the loose debris from under hood. Maybe pressure wash it after i pull the crusty vinyl off.
Son is coming to hang out tomorrow, his rear leaf springs are really bad, has a new set.

Nope. Includes re roofing the house and garage with CertainTeed Matterhorn metal roofing. (mimics clay tile) They figured extra for sheathing for the complete house and garage if needed. Repairing and covering fly rafters and rebuilding brackets and capping the brackets for the house and garage. Also includes reflashing the chimney. It includes new gutters and downspouts for the house and garage. Also replacement of a flat roof. $75/per man hour and he estimated it would take probably 3 weeks. I expected as much.

Yes, or more. The last roof lasted 100 years but the clay tile would be replaced if we would go that direction. $150-175,000 to replace it. And that wouldn't include any other work.

Wife says go turn on bbq. I offered it a glass of wine and a foot massage...nothin:lol:

Hey all. Been freakin busy repairing my solar setup. Ran new wire, all fixed now...500.00 dollar electric bill last month.....:BangHead:

last utility bill was 110 dollars. Includes electric, water, sewage, trash pickup. Can’t afford solar. This is for a 2 story 2400 sq ft house. I’ve been impressed with Huntsville utilities cost since I moved here.

So, installing kickdown. The bellcrank hits my bulkhead connector. So find another or remove bends and shorten arm?
So close! its the type with the ballstud.

I think you could shorten the arm and have it done in a day...

Where trying to find a shorter ball crank rod may take a while to find and then get shipped.... (If there is one that may work...)

Stuck it in vise and straightened it. It had a z bend. Now i think the ball stud is too small. I has a plan. Later, its outside, got other stuff to move forward on.

I have been working out a load for 38 special that will qualify for State match Cowboy Shooting in June. I have settled upon 3.5 grains of tite group under a 125 grain FP with a federal primer. My pistol is tuned to the point that I must use federal primers as they are “thinner” than CCI. My pistol is lightened up to the point hammer won’t penetrate a CCI. But you can hold trigger down and fan the hammer! Man she’s fast! I will likely get my butt handed to me by the pro team guys but I am gonna make earn every bit!
And nothing wrong with that. I always wanted a 56 Chevy. Question, If you weren't a Mopar fan what collector car would you own? Ford: 65 Fairlane, 66 mustang fastback. Chevy: 56 Bel Aire, 67 Chevy II. AMC: Small block Gremlin, Rebel Machine. I like street rods. A 33 Willys would be cool.
AMX for me

Evening all.

my grandmothers funeral is tomorrow morning. So far, I’ve managed pretty well, right up until I saw the preview for the memorial video earlier. Man, was that rough. But when going thru pics, I found a pic of the day they brought my mom home from the hospital after her birth. In a brand new, Green, 1967 Dodge Charger. Guess you can say Mopar runs deep in this family.

My condolences to you. It's never easy.
Thanks, I’ve accepted it. Obviously a little bit adjusting needed yet. Tomorrow will be the toughest I think.

Anyway, I’m really stumped now. Fired up the Polara tonight, wanted to watch if anything happened to the oil pressure, ran it for over an hour, no smoke. None, nada. Didn’t Change a thing from the other day. 65 psi at idle was my oil pressure as well.

i did order new PCV valves from rock auto this morning prior so I’ll swap it out anyway but still wierd
