Stop in for a cup of coffee

Parts? Sometimes not knowing is better for me lol! I'd try it for sure. Hoppy mentioned he bought up a couple cans of Spam, I had that a bit in different things when I was serving in HI, good stuff too!

Wow, 63 alerts on FBBO. Somebody just discovered my 62-65 car show thread. LOL

Well speaking of the garage yesterday, what do you all think wood frame versus metal.
Both are close in price. Metal once the pad is poured can go up in a couple days.
I have a buddy that works daily in his metal building and loves it.
I can't decide, I guess either is ok. Just not sure if one is better than the other??

Easier to pound nails into wood. LOL

Good Morning
ill check them today then, its been almost two weeks lol
Almost..You got them on the 17th. How deep are they? They should grow regardless. just might be a bit longer. I only dug half of mine out. A couple are a foot long already and some are just starting to sprout. Think I will let the rest in as an ornamental for now. Need to get strings up ASAP.

This sucks seriously heavy rain and was just about to head to the shop!
Windy here. Not raining much yet.
Heard of Scrapple, don't know what it is tho...
Good stuff!
Pig parts all mixed up in a block, you slice it and fry it in a pan.. Its Goooood.....
Parts is parts.
And Mitch will eat any pig part!

Basically asthetics is the big issue but steel will last longer and goes up quicker. Only advantages as I see it. However if you put a steele roof on a wooden structure it will last too. Wood is prettier.

I planted them the next day. So yeah, almost. I planted them pretty shallow. and then covered with straw, i'll check them later. I haven't been back to my property since with all the family stuff going on last week, im playing catch up still

Technically it is not parts just the juice and corn meal. I have made it hundreds of times. What you really want is the "puddin meat" now that is the fine dining. It is what is left after the juice is drained off and then you cook it. Cook it with a little water and some onions and as a side to pancakes with apple butter.....Dang...you will never eat scrapple again.

That's so old school.
The kids today get so frustrated trying to use a hammer.
Heck, they can't even get the first screw started.

I didn't watch mine that close, but they say thinner pieces start faster, but grow slower. Thicker start slow and then take off fast. Makes sense cause they have more to feed of. Did you cut those big ones up and spread out? Like how many (potential) plants did you get out of it?

i cut them in about 3-4 inch pieces. planted them along a 18 ft row. i don't recall how many potential plants i got out of it, filled the row up though.
