no, i have to put each up.
Then how the heck is that price including spray foam insulation? So the building is actually less not including the insulation, you are going to have to have done by a separate contractor?

correct. the spray foam is done by a local company. I added it to my quotes since I'm doing that anyway

I agree.

I will add that i've been getting quotes for steel and wood framed buildings, steel is coming in about the same cost. However, with the same pitch, the snow load is 30% higher AND the building its rated for 165 winds, thats on 12 ft spacings. the steel comes pre-drilled and powdercoated as well. Wind rating on the wood framed at 9 ft pole spacings is 105mph. Both prices include spray insulation.

Here's something that you may want to consider, will there be a potential of trees falling on it? I know, you can clear a buffer, but if you didn't want to I'd go with stick built. My neighbor has a metal building, a tree fell on it 2 yrs. ago and it could not be repaired. He had insurance and I think that's what "they" came up with so....

It’ll nearest tree will be over 100 feet away. But good thinking

I have a ton of testers I want to sell, prob 40 or so. The distribs are seriously getting busy probably to a day show up in the mail to do. Had to take yesterday off kind of de compress from it. Was on the phone with 5 people yesterday word of mouth stuff, all high dollar cars. Unbelievable the way word got out.

Makes sense...
Often where metal will bend, wood is either going to break or flex. So, a tree on it might bend a much larger area of a metal structure. Where a wooden one would break some at the point of impact, but areas farther out could flex back into position once the tree was removed. The bent metal can never be properly straightened so it get's scrapped to make Fiat's.

Go into Microsoft Paint and resize them 40% and then save them under a different name to keep the high def original for later...

Moparts used to have a link on their tech area of a photo resize software, for free. I can’t seem to find it now but it was a good one, you just dragged your photo into and it asked you what size file and bam, 5 seconds and done.

Nope. Was wondering how much the actual building Chris was considering cost, delivered. So it was what he said minus the insulation...
Yeah. I’m leaning towards the steel. For one, it’s the same building design as the big 40x80 at the farm that was put up in 1992. That is NOT insulated and is rust free. And that building isn’t air or moisture tight. But it has sliding doors, mine will be overheard doors and air tight. Plus the steel trusses are Rated for 6000 pound vertical hoists.
