Stop in for a cup of coffee

I wouldn't be without one of these guys!

Oh boy, I can’t even think about under dash work right now. My arms, shoulders and neck are a complete wreck from using the long pole tree trimmer overhead to extract the painters plastic tarp from the oak tree for 4 hours yesterday.

I’m quite sure it will feel worse to tomorrow...the second day after is always the worst.

There's a lot to be said for simplicity.

Just a board with a box and a few holes for the connections.

Ok here is the dash detail for all you guys just using one eye here lately! Hah! Karl is going to just shred us upon his return! So anyway, yes the two slot rig is for charging USB port. Slim silver cylinders are a light switch and a dimmer control. The large round port is a cig lighter 12 volt supply. Ignition key is far right or basically in middle of dash much like most modern Mopars. And black knob is windshield wiper switch. Nothing on there I don’t need. The gaping hole over stereo is for heater and ac control.

Tonight’s dinner in progress.

Pulled boneless pan seared teriyaki chicken thighs, mushrooms and chopped spinach in an Alfredo sauce. Will be served over Hawaiian style sticky rice.

Only 650 calories per serving and oh so good. Keeps the tummy happy all night long.

Eating well and losing weight are NOT mutually incompatible!

Those things do work some muscles that most people rarely use...

Yeah, me included!

My left arm has different pain than the right from using each in different ways. My left arm was doing the guiding and centering while the right was doing the lifting and extending.

Note to self...switch arms halfway through next time to at least keep the strain more even.

If I’m going to overwork rarely used muscles, might as well keep it balanced on each side.

I was helping my son with suspension repairs last week. upper rear shackle bolt.i reached up and pulled on a wrench in an odd position. its like some muscles i never used before. Really painful. Strangely i didnt suffer the next day. I stopped when i felt the pull.

Love these little pizza's. Home assembled is really good.

Hush your mouth! I bet I sold a thousand of those 4 piece sets. Lifetime warranty. I might give you some grief for using one for a pry bar but I didn't loose any customers over a pick. See you after 5 for a beer? Sure and I'll buy!
