I could stay in the house and buy her out but I really don't want to be house poor. So i found a nice place ($100K less) 1/2 the distance to work, in a small country township, 120 years old 2 story brick Italianate with a 3 car detached and a 1.5 car detached.

Some sort of aircraft woke me from a sound sleep last night just before midnight. Two rotor chopper maybe, really loud, slow moving, vibrated the house for 5 minutes. Probably one of the drug cartels looking for their plantation.
 
Got the pump in and tank back up on the Neon. Just gotta put te evap canister back and hook a few things up. Had a heck of a time getting Short strap hanger bolts started. J bolts are easier.

Going to pass this year on Carlisle....So my passes I guess are up for grabs. Still have not received them, OMR and Craig actually paid for most of them....I think I purchased two myself....we have 5 together. I think.....
 
Overcast today, raining off and on. Float planes flying low, can almost count the rivets on the floats. When they land its pretty quiet, but take offs are sometimes window rattling.

It's pretty popular around here too. Most places with a lot of taps have a =t least a few running IPAs. Especially the 'sports' bar types.

Personally I liked the black Express he just sold in the not too distant past better.
This may serve his family needs better and it's 2 years newer and his monthly payments went down.
The granbrats are pleased. :D
