Stop in for a cup of coffee

On a more serious note, has anyone ever tried a chiropractor ? With the back problems I’ve been having, wife keeps telling me I should go
I go when needed (about once a month) She has kept me away from surgery for years. Last time I went a few weeks ago is because I was having a tooth ache that the dentist couldn't fix. One adjustment and it was gone. I had chest pains once and went to emergency for a EKG and a treadmill stress test. That afternoon my chiro readjusted a rib out of place in front.

My wife swears by chiropractors. She goes to hers twice a month, result of a nasty car wreck years ago. I go on as needed basis, about once a year or so I will get something out of whack and two trips later I can stand up straight again. I have suffered some concussion events around torso and have a couple of ribs that move on occasion. When ya need em ya need em.

Go, you will feel better walking out of the appointment...

It doesn't hurt and you will be more relaxed afterwards...

My insurance won’t cover it, gotta pay out of pocket so that’s why I’m curious If it was worth it

Chiropractors are a real help. but my physiotherapist is the only one that has helped with my sciatica.

Started de-rusting the dash, and stripping paint. Cleaning up ok.
Couple or 6 coats of primer then i can block it and hit it with paint.

Very interesting. I had sciatica off and on for a few years after falling out of a semi trailer flat on my azz. I ruptured a disc and bulged one in my lower lumbar. My chiro nursed me back to health. I had a serious talk with my MD and she asked me if I was getting relief from my chiro. I said yes and she suggested I continue seeing her instead of having surgery. I haven't had bad sciatica since and if I do a adjustment makes it go away.

Getting close on the south side. North side starts on Monday. The garage will be cake! Normal roof and one soil stack to deal with. I was nervous at first but I like what I see. This photo was taken earlier. The last course and the ridge and dormer are done.

Making me hungry. I just put seasoned baled potatoes on the grill. (with onion, spices, an butter. I have 2 small sirloin filets with sauteed mushrooms and sweet corn. Oh and a tuna filet.
Oh and a couple shots of Clyde May's bourbon.

Mae did beef in crockpot with gravy. Made sandwiches of that. Green beans I just picked and tater tots.
Sounds tasty. Love those fresh green beans
Heading to the farmers market Tuesday. Might get enough to freeze. The corn we are having tonight is from last August. Need to use it up and freeze some more. Always tasty in mid January.

I set up my trim polish rig today. Stuff I bought when I did the Road Runner. 4 pieces done for the rear glass. You can see the difference in the pic on the table. The two pieces in front are not touched yet. Also, I have a table full of more trim to be done. Worth it tho.View attachment 1715571243 View attachment 1715571244 View attachment 1715571245 View attachment 1715571246 View attachment 1715571247
Mitch looks great!!
My buddy John has a high $ polisher and I'm taking some pieces to polish when we go to visit/drop off parts next week.

We usually put some Veggies in the freezer - at least enough for holiday meals.
