Had a late dinner of wings and corn on the cob. Just about done a 'Gonzo' Imperial porter I started with that.
Found its way in,probably left the same way.
Probably. They’d stored this in a barn for 4 years with the windows down.

why would you think it was still there?
Because we saw it slither out of the mattress when we were working in there today.all 3 feet of him The skin is what we found after we gutted the rotten interior

If there is any place left to hide put some moth balls in there. Close it enough to get it stunk up good, but leave a way out. It will leave. Then just remove moth balls and air it out good.
Cool I’ll give that shot. Plenty of place to hide for a snake.
