I once waited all day for a package to arrive on a Saturday that needed signature... No knock on the door...

So at 5 PM I go to the mailbox to collect the regular mail, and my package is in the box...

I called the P.O. and asked them who signed for my package, they told me that it was a J. Belliveau.... That was my neighbor's husband that had been dead for 6 years.... How did he sign for it????

well, busted my lap top. Other hinge broke, cracked the screen......Som *****!!! Cheap *** design......About 300.00 for parts!!!!

Don't feel like The Lone Ranger. A broken three or four laptop hinges. Cheaper to buy a new laptop. But then all the new ones come with a crap operating system.
 
So today was definitely a Monday. Learned of a major issue with my d60. Luckily got that solved I think. Then I slipped climbing down the ladder, only a step or two high, no biggie, but my fall was broken by my foot going thru the lid of a brand new, full of gear oil, 5 gallon bucket. No physical damage to me but my foot was soaked and probably ruint my new work boots

LOL Mine is new!!! They claim the hinges are not warrantied!! How about the screen? Nope, the hinge caused the problem!!! Almost 3 grand laptop!!!!
 
Doesent take much to make my day! 1/4 of a rattle can of paint. i’m thrilled!

Definitely a Monday, I just got my blackmail letter from OSHA. They may not be the most corrupt organization in America but they are darn sure in the running. Very young, total dick industrial hygienist auditor. Knew I was screwed when he was explaining his vast experience and knowledge at the ripe old age of 25 years old (at best). Figure 4 year degree plus his extensive industrial experience at Burger King drive thru. Rant over!

I know that guy! Dealt with a few of him in my time. Only lost once.. Ouch.

Since I was on a mine site with my asphalt plant I had to deal with OSHA, MSHA (mine safety yahoos) and CAL OSHA. Right about the time I asked them to tell me about their mining experience was when they quickly changed the subject :lol:.
