So it appears I’m gonna be able to retain my factory trunk set up if I want too. I think it was either @toolmanmike or @Mopar Tim that did a strut conversion to theirs. If so, could one of you post a pic?
That must have been Timmer! Trunk and hood struts are pretty cool.

TMM has the bootlegger easy access. Lefty did the struts.
